Specialized focus on marriage and premarital counseling, infidelity, communication, intimacy, women’s, pregnancy, postpartum, developmental disabilities, infertility, loss, and grief care and support.

Using compassionate guidance, evidence-based strategies and a little bit of humor, I aim to help create strong individuals who will build strong connections with their spouses, children, and community. Learning to cultivate an appreciative atmosphere, foster their children’s development, and navigate the joys and challenges of life. I am committed to promoting fruit-bearing, positive, healthy and harmonious family dynamics that contribute to the well-being of each member of the family.

About
As a current resident DMin, I have completed two Masters degrees in mental health, and family ministry. Additionally, I am the proud mom to a teenage bonus son, two lively little girls, and a sweet baby boy. My education and experiences have given me a unique perspective on the complexities of family life, love, and resilience.

There is a wide range of counseling services available, including one-on-one virtual or in person counseling sessions and family group sessions. As a mental health professional, my mission is to provide you with the guidance and support you need to thrive in your life as a parent, spouse, partner, child, and family member. I’m here to help you tackle a wide range of challenges and situations using a Biblical worldview and supported by clinical and psychological research.
